Great place to get dental care done. They explained the procedure in detail and kept me informed the entire way. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. At the end of my care, they explained the next steps going forward and included follow-up instructions. The office and my cubicle was very neat, clean and organized. I'll definitely go there again.
Today I visited the dentist. Most people don't consider it a pleasant experience. Pain tends to give us amnesia. Well, I can truthfully say, my experience was mostly agreeable. The staff was very polite, Informative and answered my questions respectfully. The assistant even laughed at my corny joke as if it were the funniest things she had ever heard. The dentist was patient with me and had a refreshing bedside manner. One that I hadn't seen in a long time. I am grateful to God that this location accepted my insurance. God is good to me and allowed me the privilege of visiting with an attentive and good mannered staff. Blessed be every person that works at Lawton Smiles!
I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and the customer service is always so amazing! My hygienist is the best in Lawton! And Dr. Rogers is great! The upgrades to the facility are spectacular. Thank you for taking such great care of my teeth!
The folks at Lawton Smiles are just great! The office staff look out for patients and I can’t say enough good things about our hygienist, Rachel. She’s taken care of our family for many years, providing excellent feedback on how we’re doing and staying on top of any potential problems she sees as the first line of defense. Dr Roger’s is my daughter’s favorite. She’s super anxious but he made a difficult extraction not so bad, and his follow on plan to get her fixed up was super. I highly recommend these folks.
I can’t say enough about my dentist! I absolutely love him. He will never push an outrageous treatment plan on you. Not only is he up to speed on all the new techniques and treatments, but he also takes his time while you are in his chair, explaining your options. Waiting time is never long and his staff is also amazing!
