I did a lot of dentist shopping before finding this office. Previous dentists gave me very different opinions about the number of cavities and the work I supposedly needed, which was frustrating. I visited several dentists in the Vancouver area. Each one saying something different. I actually used ChatGPT to help me search for a dentist with the most up-to-date technology, which led me here despite the smaller number of reviews. I was immediately impressed by the modern equipment. They use AI alongside photos and X-rays to help detect cavities, and their X-ray process is noticeably more comfortable. Additionally the hygienist moves very slow during cleanings so it isn’t uncomfortable. What I appreciate most is their conservative approach — they don’t push unnecessary work and are willing to monitor cavities that don’t yet require treatment. It feels like an honest, patient-focused practice rather than one trying to upsell. Dr. Lewis did an excellent job with the injections, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes for two cavities. He also showed me before-and-after photos, which was incredibly interesting and reassuring. I’m very happy to have finally found a dentist I trust. Update: Dr. Lewis personally called and texted me to check how my filling was doing. He did such a great job I don’t even notice the difference of it no longer being my tooth.
In my lifetime I have spent plenty of hours in the dentist chair due to poor genetics or no fluoride in our well water growing up. I’ve always disliked going to the dentist until I met Dr. Lewis. He is by far the best, most professional, and the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had. I have Kaiser insurance and I would rather pay out of pocket to go to Dr. Lewis and get big procedure done with great care.
I have terrible dental anxiety & Doctor Lewis and all his staff have been so kind during the process of me switching to a new dentist after having a bad experience in the past!! It’s a beautiful clean dental office with such a warm welcoming feeling and they do beautiful work! I highly recommend :)) my whole family now goes here and we all love it!!
Dr Lewis and his team are the best! Dr Lewis explains things so well, doesn’t push to do things that aren’t necessary yet, and does extraordinary work! I have had many procedures with him and it is all top notch work! And, I NEVER worry about anything that needs to be done because he is incredibly gentle and I rarely experience even the slightest discomfort with any of his work! I cannot recommend him and his wonderful team enough!!
Everything is excellent here. There’s never any shaming, it’s clean, and there isn’t any fluff or trickery to the services/billing. I always feel well taken care of and I hope to be a lifetime patient here. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and his team.
