They are very professional and caring. I went to have one of my wisdom teeth removed, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!
I have to say that this dental office has served my dental needs pretty well so far. I've only been there a couple of times and I'd like to continue going there in the future. The ladies at the reception desk are very nice and accommodating. They make all my appointments accordingly and explain anything that I need to know and answer all my questions. They even helped me get my keys and cell phone out of my car one day when they were accidentally locked in. Dr. Singh and Dr. Kim are also very nice, explain everything to me and answer all my questions. But most of all, I have to say that Jason, the dental assistant, is so courteous and professional, and has made me feel valued since the first time I went there. He always explains everything to me, answers all my questions, and provides customer service with a smile. He is an asset to that office and is an example of how everyone should treat patients. He is one of the reasons why I like going there. I had to get a new dental nightguard today and I was happy to learn that this particular office has such advanced technology. For my dental impression, instead of getting it done the traditional way with "putty," it was done digitally! My teeth were scanned into a computer! I was so impressed with this new technology. It was so fast and painless and didn't make any mess. And in a week, I'll have my new nightguard! There are one or two people there that are not that friendly which is why I had to take away a star but nothing is perfect. Still Recommended.
Deducting stars for the front desk and my experience with other doctors at this office. I’ve been coming here for some time and it’s extremely disheartening that the same level of care is not provided by all the dentists. I usually see Dr. Singh and have always had a wonderful experience with his talented team — they truly deserve 5 stars and have been exceptional during every visit. I had several procedures done by Dr. Singh and he is always prompt, friendly, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly and ensures there is room for any and all questions. Truly a professional and a great dentist! Unfortunately he is not available every day, so if you have an emergency, you may have to see other doctors who do not provide the same level of care, even for long-time patients. If you visit this office, I highly recommend only seeing Dr. Singh. One thing I also wanted to point out is that during my visits, the front desk woman who usually sits to the right when entering the front door is ALWAYS unfriendly, cold and lacks empathy.
Service was great everyone is friendly and attentive, Dentist was amazing and super skilled pulled out my teeth so fast I couldn't believe an extraction can occurred that quick. Recommend this office and service to anyone . Pleasant experience . Neetu Sookram
The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist was very skilled at what he did, addressed my problems and was super gentle, I mean what more can you ask for, best dental place in the neighborhood by far!! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be a patient here for years to come!
