The Music was the 1st thing that caught my attention. The Christian music provided a safe and calm environment. The receptionists was helpful and very polite. When I set down, I was only in the lobby for a very short time. The lady who took my X-rays was friendly and knowledgeable. Once the dentist came in, (the wait was very short) he was kind, and explained everything in detail. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I will be going back for my dental work in the future. I will share that experience once that visit is complete:)
I feel they do a great job and give a lot of attention to the details. Another well-know dental establishment in Beckley wanted to address the laundry list of dental work some of us needed first and prior to doing even doing the cleanings. Liberty Dental did address any additional dental work some of us may need but proceeded with the cleanings. I do appreciate that! I feel once you keep your initial appointment(s) then you can rest assured you’ll be on the roll for future attention. Try to keep those dental appointments because they are usually scheduled way out initially.
Everyone is so friendly and they tend to crack jokes to make you comfortable. They've fixed my teeth and I really like them now and like to smile more. I highly recommend this place, everyone is the sweetest and they take care of you plus they listen to your problems!! Love this place.

They handled the preparation efficiently and made sure I felt respected before the procedure even began. The cornerstone of this visit was the incredible skill and knowledge of Dr. Jarrel. Dr. Jarrell took the time to meticulously explain the entire crown process and the materials being used, instantly building trust and alleviating all my anxiety. Their expertise shone through every step of the way, demonstrating a commitment to patient education and comfort. The procedure itself was nothing short of miraculous: it was professionally made painlessly and quickly. The anesthetic application was extremely gentle, and the work proceeded with impressive speed and precision. Dr. Jarrell and the assistant worked together seamlessly, ensuring there was zero discomfort, and the final crown fit perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty Dental Centers. To receive a procedure often feared with absolutely no pain, done with such speed, and delivered by such a caring and knowledgeable team is a rare find. They have earned a patient for life.
The Dr. made sure I was comfortable and completely numb before starting my fillings. I was asked if I needed a break in between. Everyone was polite. My overall experience was great now just waiting on my partial that don’t seem to be taking long at all. Would highly recommend liberty dental.
