The facility is clean; the receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly. Melissa my surgical assistant was informative and addressed my concerns. The surgeon Michael McNaught was kind and understanding with my need as a patient. The actual procedure was expeditious and successful. Strongly recommend this for anyone needing services of this type. Very veteran friendly.
Excellent care start to finish. Knowledgeable office staff & team. My son had his wisdom teeth out. The entire staff provided thorough communication & it is clear that patient care is a high priority. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McNaught and his staff! Both of my kids had their wisdom teeth extracted on the same day! Clean and extremely professional office! Dr. McNaught came up to me personally after each procedure was done to let me know how it went (having worked in the dental field for years I have not seen this much) His staff was extremely helpful on post op instructions! Front desk staff made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I walked in until I left! Thank you all so much for taking great care of my boys!
Can't say enough about how good this place is. From the minute my wife got referred here, they treated her very well. From consultation to the walk out the door after surgery. They took great care of her and explained everything to her and myself. The medications were called in before the surgery and we were able to pick them up immediately after. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Melissa did a great job helping us out the door. The building is very clean and modern also. Thanks again!
I can say only positive things about this facility. From the initial consultation through discharge after surgery, the care was excellent. The staff was professional, attentive, and thorough in explaining each step of the process. Medications were called in ahead of time and were ready immediately after surgery. The doctor was knowledgeable and courteous, and the facility was clean and modern. Thank you for the exceptional care provided.
