LifeSmiles dental continues to exceed my expectations with each visit. Upon entering, the front desk staff is very welcoming. The facility is very clean and has state of the art equipment. Both Dr Garpetti and Dr Hyder are adamant about continuing their education attending various seminars, classes and conferences throughout each year. I am blessed to have been a patient for many years. I am proud to say I have been able to keep my teeth due to their diligence and care. I highly recommend this practice.
I have always had excellent care at LifeSmiles! For nearly 40 years they have treated me like one of their family. I feel like a special individual, not just another one of many patients. Because of Dr Garpetti and Jill (my hygienist) I still have my own beautiful smile at 77 years old. My sincere thank you to LifeSmiles Dentistry!
I love Dr Garpetti. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and explains what he's doing and why. He has performed dental work on me, my husband, and my 94 year old mother. I highly recommend him and his entire staff.
Don’t go here if you’re a senior citizen! These people are all about money. Took my 83 yr old Mother in for just a cleaning. Next thing I know she’s got a $633 bill because they decided, on their own, that they needed to do some high-level “scan” on top of her x-rays that was not going to be paid for by insurance. They never told her that this would be all out-of-pocket for her, they never reviewed any of the charges with her before they performed the service, and never told her what the actual cost was going to be. Additionally, they never told her that she was “ out of network” and that all of these costs would be purely out of pocket for her. So at the end of the day, she’s out $633 and never even got a cleaning. I called to question the charges and as soon as I told them that I had a problem with them not going over the cost of the procedures with her prior to performing them - They immediately sent her a text and canceled her cleaning appointment. These people are scam artists and thieves. They are NOT acting ethically and NOT handling procedures correctly by not going over cost before performing them, and, God forbid if you question them, they’ll just cancel your next appointment! I’m not at all about wanting something for free and we’re happy to pay for services that we are made aware of and we feel are warranted. The point is your facility performs services before going over costs with the patient and letting the patient know & decide what they want to pay for & have performed - that’s unethical. My mother is out $633 and still never got her teeth cleaned. The fact still remains your facility is all about money.
An amazing dental practice! My husband and I have been patients at LIFESmiles for a few years and we highly recommend! Dr Garpetti, Dr Hyder and the whole team are knowledgeable, friendly, and always concerned with your comfort and care. We are pleased they offer state of the art procedures and equipment.
