Dr. Gilbert is amazing. The biggest thing for me was that he is so easy to get in touch with. He takes time with you and provides a lot of really great education. I wish all healthcare providers were this passionate about patient care. I wouldn't go any where else for dental surgery, highly recommend him and the whole offices staff is really wonderful as well.
Apologies for the long message! Due to not having been to any dentist since my time in the army, I was very nervous about my experience, but the staff here were incredible. Hailey was amazingly patient, calm and helpful in getting me scheduled and helping me figure out my dental insurance. I appreciate her very much for her efforts! Morgan was very kind and considerate, validating the agony I'd been going through and helping me relax in the environment with friendly conversation. Dr. Ehsan clearly explained the processes we'd go through and during the procedure was especially thorough in making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Unexpectedly, he sent a thoughtful letter that really touched me after the operation. I absolutely appreciate the professionalism, compassion, kindness, understanding and care showed by everyone involved and I have been vigorously taking care of my teeth since my procedure. Light dental studios in Olympia on Lilly Road is awesome! I strongly recommend Dr. Kang for any implants you may need. The whole staff is friendly and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. This is definitely the place to get implants done!
Dr. Evan Kang did an amazing job on my lower jaw implants!!
I have ongoing gum issues due to implants. This practice changes dentists every year or two, but all have been very good. Assistants and office staff are easy to work with and gratifyingly gentle. Everything is carefully explained to me as it comes up.
