Everything here is wonderful. Dr. Ameer is so great. He knows so much, will easily explain what is happening. Even better, every single time, I've never even needed to take aspirin after any session. (My teeth were hurting before I got there, I had a lot of work done.) The wait time in the office, minimal if any. The staff is so friendly and so helpful it's almost unreal. And when I go for the teeth cleaning, I feel like one of those alligators with the birds cleaning the teeth, so pleasant I could almost fall asleep. I could go on forever about how great this place is. They'll always answer the phone when I call, and there's plenty of parking outside. The restrooms there are also very clean. They even do holiday decorations which is fun. Okay I'll stop now.
I had a crown fall off of my tooth while visiting Kaui and it was so nice that I was able to be seen right away and have it repaired. Dr and staff very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this practice if you ever need a dentist in Kaui.
Dr Ameer and his staff are amazing. They saw me within hours for an emergency though I am a visitor to Kauai. Professional, compassionate, and outstanding care. Highly recommend!
I had a crown break off shortly after arriving on Kauai for vacation. Although this was holiday season they were able to see me just a few days later, even after every other place I called couldn’t. I was seen by Dr. Apalla. He determined that the crown could not be put back and offered a variety of alternative options. He was very patient, kind and explained everything well. Given the time and expense of various options (and that all of this is somewhat less expensive where I’m from on mainland as well as having a more modern office there) I opted for a temporary solution to tide me over a few weeks until I could see my own dentist. While pricing was higher than what I’m used to back home, it was likely reasonable for Lihue, and I was very impressed by Dr. Apalla‘s skill - he was excellent, and other staff kind and helpful. Grateful for this aloha in the midst of an unfortunate situation.
Great people from the office staff to the hygienist. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ameer. A professional with a magnetic personality. Highly recommend
