The staff here is outstanding. Their professionalism and patience for kids is unmatched. My kid is not fond of doctor's visits but they always ensure he has a great experience while providing top notch care. We've been seeing Dr. Liles since he was two and all of our visits have been great ranging from the receptionists, the hygienists, and on upward to the dentists. Special thank you to Mrs. Sierra, Mrs. Lisha, and Mrs. Tish for taking great care of my boy. These ladies are the absolute best. They are patient, professional, kind, and they are great with the kiddos. We're grateful for the entire staff and look forward to the exceptional care provided here for many years to come.
Amazing staff, from reception to the hygienist to the dentist. Everyone is so kind, patient and really knows how to work with children. They made a first time dentist visit with small children stress free. Also very double stroller friendly. I really appreciated them and will continue to make the drive it’s well worth it!
Dr. Liles is compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. In addition to being a true professional, Dr. Liles is also very personable, especially with his young patients. The front desk staff are friendly and prompt, and all other physicians and assistants I’ve encountered at this practice are equally friendly and professional.
Words cannot describe how pleased I am with this practice. It was my 4 year old son's first trip to the dentist and the staff at Liles Pediatric Dentistry made it a very pleasant experience for us. My son was initially very weary about his appointment but the dental hygienist and dentist made him feel at ease. He is already looking forward to his next appointment!
My daughter had her first visit as a new patient at Liles Pediatric Dentistry in Auburn, and we loved it. From the warm greeting at the front desk to the peaceful, kid‑friendly atmosphere, every thing was great. Although it was only one visit so far (our daughter is 2) it was such a stellar experience that I feel totally confident calling Dr. Liles the official Alvarado kid dentist.
