She has published multiple research articles and books. The atmosphere of the office is calming and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. And the best part? Dr. Mehr’s dog, Hazel, is at the office, making the dental office like heaven for me. Hazel’s presence adds a warm, unique touch that truly makes this place stand out. I've been going to Dr. Arash for the last ~six months as I get some dental work done - they do a perfect job in here. They have broad availability, friendly and personal service, and fantastic attention to detail. I especially love how Dr. Arash includes me in the process, showing exactly what was done and why. This place is the best!!!
Wish I could give a 0. I’m extremely irritated—this place is an AI-driven scam. The dentist told me I had six or seven cavities before she even looked in my mouth. After the exam, she still couldn’t clearly confirm how many cavities there were and just said we should “start with the worst four and go from there.” I didn’t trust this at all, so I got a second opinion. The second dentist found one cracked tooth and one cavity—that’s it. They clearly don’t know the difference between calcium spots and actual cavities. The dental hygienist was terrible. The “mandatory” X-rays they charged me for were illegible, according to my next dentist, who ended up providing new X-rays for free. My cleaning lasted maybe 10 minutes, if that, and I was overbilled for services I never received. This office is a complete scam, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.
I stumbled upon DentalQ - Lincoln Shine Dental after frantically searching for a same-day extraction when I chipped my tooth at the root biting into a piece of gum. They got me in the SAME DAY! From the front desk staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Arash himself, everyone here is absolutely AMAZING. They listen, go above and beyond to accommodate, and make sure you’re comfortable and cared for every step of the way. From my very first appointment, I knew I was in great hands. I’ve since returned almost bi-weekly to address additional cosmetic concerns, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Arash’s talent and his incredible eye for detail. I feel so fortunate to have found this office — I truly can’t recommend them enough!
This practice has gone downhill over the last few years. I believe it was rolled up into a large dental practice. I went in for dental work and was told I was in network. I received care and paid only to find out at a later date that they were accepting my insurance but at out of network rates. The office did not make this clear during my treatment. I would recommend finding other dental care in the area.
