This was my first visit to Dr Candelaria! HIGHEST RECCOMENDATIONS POSSIBLE! Pandemic protocols are active here! I had to call from the door before entering the office. The staff was amazing and took all necessary safety precautions! I was in need of a tooth extraction, and I was delighted and so grateful that Dr Candelaria listened to me when I shared that I am very sensitive to the numbing effects of the injections. He adjusted the amount for me! Dr Candelaria took the time to address my concerns and even added a special protocol for me! I asked if it was ok if I applied essential oils to myself, to make sure the staff would not be offended by the aromas. Dr Candelaria is familiar with the same brand of essential oils I use, so I was able to apply the oils topically to my head, neck and chest and leave the open roll-on between my breasts during the procedure to reduce my anxiety. Made a huge difference for my emotional health! Much to my delight Dr Candelaria also added a special essential oil protocol after my extraction, which I know helped decrease residual pain and inflammation! I have had a few extractions in recent years, due to some injuries. I must say this was easiest and gentlest extraction I have ever experienced! 24 hours later, the only slight discomfort at the injection sites! Very impressed with the whole procedure!
Dr. Candelaria and his ENTIRE staff are ROCKSTARS!!! Everyone is nice, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! My former dentist seemed to 'misplace' my x-rays, SO THEY PERFORMED THE X-RAYS ON-SITE! I had been meaning to get a tooth extracted for over 10 years. I had no idea what to do! Dr. Candelaria gave me a simple consultation, and explained everything in patient friendly terms. The extraction itself was quick and easy. I was in shock at how quick and proverbially painless everything was!!! A++
Dr Candelaria and his staff are friendly, efficient, and great at their jobs! I have dental anxiety but they did their best to make me feel more comfortable during my entire implant process! I highly recommend them!
Dr. Candelaria is amazing!! Extremely knowledgable and a great oral surgeon. He carefully explains all facets of the procedure. I was refered to his office by my general dentist for a difficult tooth extraction. He removed the tooth in minutes with no pain at all. I would recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon. His staff was very pleasant and professional.
Dr. Candalaria is the best surgeon in New Mexico. He has taken me under his wing since day one and performed great work on my face. He has been there for me all throughout the process of having a cleft palate and has set me up with the best doctors in Albuquerque. Still to this day I can call him or his staff when I need something and they have always been there for me. He’s very trustworthy and my family and I truly love him.
