This was my first visit to Live Oak Dental and I am pleased to say it may have been the best trip to the dentist I have ever had. The staff was professional, knowledgable, and made me feel comfortable. My hygienist, Robi, really made my visit great. Other than my routine cleaning, Robi provided additional services such as examining my airways and also let me know about new oral hygiene products that will improve my oral care routine. The additional services that were provided, free of charge, made me feel like they cared about my health. After my cleaning I saw Dr.Mincey. Dr.Mincey was very understanding of the issues I was having and let me know exactly how she could resolve them. I will definitely be going back because of the great care I received and the great providers that came along with it.
Gracious in Heaven! This team is TOP NOTCH. I just left from my initial visit & I was there for 2 & 1/2 hours. To say comprehensive & thorough is an understatement. I've never been more impressed in my lifetime & I'm 54. They were so kind & professional. They gave me assurance that it wasn't near as bad as I thought. I'm looking forward to working with them for all my dental needs! Thanks you guys 😉
I brought my daughter here as a new patient today. We had an amazing first experience here. The staff was very friendly. Robi did an incredible job taking care of my daughter and making us feel welcomed and part of the Live Oak family. Im very please with our decision to come here! It is such an inviting and comfortable environment. Thank you to the staff, the doctor, and Robi, you were great!
Everyone was attentive from check-in to check-out. The office was clean. Parking was easy. Equipment was state of the art. Dr. Duffy was personable and he is “in network” for my insurance. I look forward to receiving my custom mouth appliance to relieve my snoring. My husband looks forward to that also:)!
A very impressive practice. Just became a new patient with complicated dental needs. The Live Oak Dental team truly cares about the needs of the patient. Very friendly and professional staff. My treatment well documented in advance including treatment plan, cost including insurance (if applicable) and timeline for each treatment procedure. Most important, Dr. Duffy is an excellent dentist — both professionally and on a personal level. Live Oak Dental gets an easy 5 star rating from a satisfied patient.
