I want to start off by saying that I am very nervous when it comes to dental procedures, & was referred here needing a root canal. Dr. Gustin and literally every other staff member working there was a pleasure and I am so glad I got it done here. They helped me feel comfortable and guided me step by step through the root canal, so I knew what was happening the whole time and felt at ease. Even at the appointments after he explained when I might feel pressure and explained what they were doing. Basically no pain, I could have fallen asleep because I felt in good hands, and the nitrous helped a lot too, I recommend it if you are nervous like me. 100% felt at ease and recommend. Payment too was easy how they explained it to me and I really appreciate everyone that works there. 😌😁 THANK YOU!! 🙏🏼
I would use them if I ever need a root canal. I do not go to a dentist regularly and numbing me takes more than most people. Did not feel anything. Staff was very nice. Thank you for making me feel comfortable😊
My wife had a root canal with Dr. Andrews. From booking the appointment until the end of the procedure was amazing. The front desk was amazing and Dr. Andrews was professional, patient, and kind as my wife was very nervous. I would definitely recommend this office.
Just called to cancel an appointment, because no one got back to me on pricing for a root canal and now that I cancelled within 24hrs they want to charge me $294 for a consultation fee next time I come in what a joke. Stay away from this place they seem money hungry. It wasn't even my fault no one called me to tell me how much it would cost but they sure had me down to get the root canal done asap. Hhhmmm something wrong with this picture.
I have to say I hope I never need another root canal but this team made everything as easy and painless as possible. They’re so helpful. They’re willing to educate you. I didn’t know anything about root canals before this and I felt totally comfortable and I would recommend them to anyone!
