I really love these people. Dr. Woods is great. As I've gotten older I have developed an anxiety problem. The staff and Dr. Were great. They told me everything they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable. Their office was bright and comfortable. The staff very kind. I was not a patient but I needed immediate care and they made a spot the next day and I had a root canal the next. I was very thankful. I want to become a patient of theirs.
London Dental is an exceptional establishment. The office is clean and the associates are so very kind. I go there for all of my Dental needs. I also take my autistic son there. Dr. Bender and all of the girls there work with him so very well. I definitely recommend giving them a call.
I had to set out in the waiting area for over an hour, waiting to be called back for my appointment, that consisted of a cleaning. I arrived early for my appointment (10 -12 minutes). Several people got called ahead of me. One hour passed before I even went to the front window to ask. The response was she is finishing up and will be with you next… When I finally got called back, I got an apology for it taking so long and asked if I had a ton of paper work to fill out??? I told her no, that I hadn’t filled out anything, literally just been setting in the waiting room that whole time, and they told me she was finishing up. She told me, she was under the impression I was still working on paperwork the whole hour and letting me finish up….. So lack of communication from the front desk and poor management. So disappointing in this office. This is the second bad round I have had with them. First encounter was back before Halloween. I called to make an appointment. Went the day of my appointment. (Got there early) and they had canceled my appointment all because they said I didn’t confirm it. Whoever works the front desk with scheduling didn’t update my chart, and put the correct phone number on my file… so instead of keeping my appointment they canceled me without my knowledge. After arguing my point and telling them I had just called a few weeks earlier and making the appointment and literally saying I wasn’t leaving until being seen, they made a spot for me that afternoon…. Thankfully. After taking off work and driving an hour to get to the office, then finding out your appointment has got cancelled due to someone not doing their job, didn’t go over to well with me, not going to lie. My appointment was at 1pm got out right before 5pm. My whole day was gone all because someone failed to do their job. I went back this second time against my better judgement…. Mistake
Dr Wood and staff are simply amazing!! Excellent customer service, being friendly, empathetic and actually listens to what you have to say. If you are going anywhere else for your dental needs, you need stop and check them out at London Dental ❤️ 10 ⭐️
Initial visit… registering was quick, office staff was super nice and efficient, the assistants and the Dr. were professional, explained everything they were doing as they worked on my daughter. They had a breakdown of the process going forward for her dental plan and answered all questions knowledgeably. Would 100% recommend!
