Lorie Moreau is a wonderful dentist. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a dentist, she takes the time and care to thoroughly explain the procedures needs. Her work is excellent. Her office staff is also professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing dental care. Going there makes going to the dentist a pleasure.
Let me start by saying Dr. Moreau is a great dentist. The staff in the front are so friendly. Let’s discuss the hygienist. She is super friendly as well but does not care to take her time when cleaning teeth. I know this because my children and I went have our cleanings done here. All of my kids kept coming back into the waiting room crying after the cleanings I was telling them to relax it was just a cleaning but then it was my turn. She would rather use a tool that pokes and picks at your gums which is very painful than take the time to just clean your teeth. I’ve had many many cleanings and I have great teeth & this was a first and last for me. I was hesitant on posting this because the dentist is so good but other parents should know what they are signing up for.
Dr. Moreau and her staff are excellent! Today was my first visit. They explained every step in detail, and calmed my anxiety. I am not one to complete surveys, but they deserve lots of credit for the wonderful care they provided. I highly recommend Dr. Moreau.
Dr. Moreau and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable. I anxiety when I have to have work done with my mouth Dr. Moreau always makes sure that I am comfortable.
Dr. Moreau is very patient and shows so much compassion. I am not the easiest patient to work with as I dread going to the dentist. She makes the experience as comfortable as possible.
