Lowell Dental Arts is a fantastic office with caring workers and an expert team on staff. After being quoted a ridiculous price by another dentist, I went here to find out they had been lying to me about my teeth and guns. Lowell Dental Arts only does work that is needed and will show you what, why. And how they do their procedures. Irma and Lauren are also rockstars. They made scheduling, paying, and insurance so much simpler.
Very dissatisfied with this office! This office has such a high turnover rate it's ridiculous. Where are the usual hygienists? I have seen Angela or Rika and they were the sweetest hygienists. Every time I come in for my cleanings it is someone new. Goes to show how the owner treats their employees.
I was nervous about switching to a new dentist, but now wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Thakore made me feel right at home. If you are looking for a dentist who is kind, trustworthy and does a great job, Lowell Dental Arts is the place to go.
I thought about finding another place after I needed a tooth pulled because of botched crown done here 4 years ago due to the convenience of the location, I gave the office another shot because a different doctor was here last year and it was comfortable seeing Dr. Mohan. Now I see new faces and they said it’s a New dentist . the girl in the front desk couldn’t tell me where I can go to find the doctor I want to see. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this office to anyone..
