I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Trowbridge and his wonderful team. After being told by my dentist and several other surgeons that my wisdom tooth extraction would be complicated and carried a risk of permanent numbness, I was quite nervous. However, from the moment I met Dr. Trowbridge, his expertise gave me the confidence to move forward. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth, and the post-operative instructions were clear and helpful. I highly recommend this practice; they are true professionals, and you are truly in safe, experienced hands.
I called the office of Lowell Oral Surgery the day after learning that a root canal was not an option for me, and I was immediately met with compassion and care. They were able to schedule me that very afternoon, which meant so much during a stressful time. Dr. Thomas Trowbridge and his staff were exceptional from start to finish. My extraction was completely painless, and I was especially touched when the team followed up with me that evening. Very nice experience, I was there 1 hour that included the paperwork, initial exam, and then the tooth extraction. Everyone there was very pleasant and easy to work with. The doctor made quick work of my tooth. Would definitely recommend!!
I met with 2 women in support staff and Dr Amy Field regarding my upcoming oral surgery. They were all excellent and made me feel very comfortable. I feel Dr Field knows exactly how to do my surgery and I have very high confidence that it will be successful.
Dr. Amy Field is the best! She is very caring and thoughtful of her patient. Everyone in the office were very nice also. My only complaint was that I had to wait a long time past my scheduled appointment. I arrived at 12:30 and did not get taken in until 1:50.
