I’ve lived in Eagle River for about two and a half years, and I could never get in anywhere for a dental appointment. Someone finally told me about LPK Dental, and I’m so glad they did. They got me in within two weeks and were taking new patients — already a miracle around here. From the minute I walked in, it was a wonderful experience. Everything is modern, spotless, and so welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. The doctor even knew of my old restaurant, which made me smile — just good people all around. Today I had my teeth cleaned by a very kind young lady who did an excellent job. While I was there, one of the assistants stopped in to show everyone their new grandbaby. That kind of family feeling says everything about this place. I’m loyal to my longtime dentist, but I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. They are professional, efficient, caring, and they make you feel right at home. Eagle River is lucky to have them. Highly recommend.
I would give LPK dental a 5-star rating for numerous reasons. All staff are extremely professional as well as friendly and caring. This dental office is very modern and up to date on technology which results in superior care in a very efficient manner. My crown procedure took less than 1.5 hours in the office building including check-in, crown prep, making the crown, having it permanently attached, and payment/check-out. The procedure was completely painless as well.
LPK Dental is a committed and compassionate group of dentists, hygienists and all other staff including receptionists. They are welcoming, caring and excellent. They also are progressive and up to date in every way. This team teaches you and wants you to better understand dental health. I appreciate them very much.
I am a retired person and have been to MANY DENTISTS IN MY LIFE AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS OFFICE IN WOODRUFF MINOCQUA, Wi is the VERY BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The entire professional staff is AWESOME. Absolutely the biggest rip off unprofessional experience my wife and i ever experience with a dental practice. We moved north from our Illinois home where we were part of a dental practice over twenty five years. Since moving we did an online search for a new dental practice. We called LPK and was told the earliest appointment time would be six month's.Since we have a home in Florida and was leaving right away we scheduled the appointment on our return. What a mistake!! Office staff rude and with a very condescending attitude. We received normal service of x-rays with recommendations of further necessary dental procedures. We followed through and after paying near $5000 scheduled normal cleaning. At our cleaning the hygienist immediately pushed the need for deep cleaning. I refused but my wife agree and scheduled two appointments. After furthur thought she decided this was un unnecessary service not needed by any means. She cancelled and asked to only make her appointment for regular cleaning and was told that wasn't possible. The hygienist would not take her for a regular cleaning only for a deep cleaning costing over $700. The staff member became very rude and abruptly ended our conversation. The end result. since my wife refused the deep cleaning a letter terminating us as patients. What kind of professional dental service performs in this manner? Do your due deligence and believe me find a dental practice that respects it's patients and delivers service in a profesional and honest way.
