I could NOT be more ecstatic with the service I received today. It’s been decades! I was made to feel comfortable, at ease, the staff never once made me feel dismissed or bad about my issue. Ever. The procedure was flawless and faster than I’d have thought and I actually can’t wait to go back to my next appointment. Dr. Pack was simply and utterly amazing and kind and caring and skilled. I’m so glad I made the step to email this dental office. They’re a hidden gem and I’m SO happy to have walked into their doors. I am literally walking on air this evening.
Lux smile is an experience! Everyone who works there has a great positive attitude! The office is bright and cheery. Desk staff are always willing to help with insurance or scheduling needs. And of course the dentist and hygienist really know what they are doing and are always going the extra mile to make it pain free and relaxing even! I did Invisalign with them and my smile came out great! They even have a massage chair for you! I always tell people I love my dentist, if they ever ask for a referral.
Can’t say enough good things about the practice. Dr. Park was kind and made it feel like I was the only patient that day. I have met Brittany on several occasions now and she is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and is totally in the right profession.
Been going to this dentist for about 4 years. Had a cleaning today and they did a great job. Overall they do very thorough work and its a pleasant environment. The staff is always nice and very responsive. Would strongly recommend.
I see Melissa every 6 months for all my cleanings and she is THE BEST!!! She’s gentle, personable, and a complete professional! Unfortunately there’s a review by a Mr. Raj Patel that mentions Melissa in an inaccurate manner. Slanderous, really! Anyway, I will continue to see Melissa and support Luxe Dentistry !
