This is what state of the art dentistry looks like nowadays. Their office is spotless and so is their staff, extremely professional people. Let’s face it nobody is going to say how happy they are to be going to the dentist, but if I had to go, I would definitely go to these people and I do highly recommend them. Their smiles and friendliness made me feel right at ease which made the appointment much easier to endure . I don't usually write reviews but I felt like this was one that should be written and seen. Recently I recommended Dr. Gupta to my wife for her Dental work - pulled tooth and Implant. I had such a great experience with the process I knew she would be satisfied as I was. I had a few teeth pulled and worked on. No pain. The staff, Catherine, Carrie, Amber, and Shaun, along with Dr. Gupta made everything comfortable for me. My wife said her experience was the same. She really liked Dr. Gupta and the staff. She told me she felt like she and Amber were friends! I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and staff for your dental implant needs. *I told my wife's sister to go get her tooth pulled from Dr. Gupta last year--and she was more thankful! So, when you call to make your appointment, Carrie or Catherine will be helpful in getting your appointment made. Amber and Shaun will definitely take great care of you when you are actually getting prepped and ready for your procedure. Then Dr. Gupta will make it almost fun-music of your choosing and before you know it your tooth will be pulled and the implant process started. You won't be sorry if you go to Dr. Gupta!
Dr. Gupta and his staff did a great job with my extraction and implant. Was able to get an appointment on very short notice due to travel plans. Procedure went well with minimal pain and very quick recovery. Office is run very efficiently with extreme focus on customer satisfaction and healthy results.
I saw Dr. David Szandzik this week for two procedures—an implant and a difficult extraction—and had a great experience. He immediately put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. He’s professional, kind, and has a wonderful chairside manner. As a retired dental hygienist, I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation. And the office is spotless and clearly equipped with up-to-date technology.
I have never had a better dental experience. This was my first visit to this office—and my first time ever having dental work done—and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. I was very nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Szandzik was exceptionally patient and reassuring. The next morning, I had a few follow-up questions, and Dr. Szandzik personally called me from his cell phone within minutes of me contacting the office. That level of care truly meant so much. I will never go anywhere else for dental work. I can't recommend this office enough!
