My consultation visit was great! Dr. Garrett took time to explain in detail what was required for the procedure(s) he would be doing. He was very patient and kind. I left feeling confident all will go well.
I was impressed with their office from the beginning. Upfront, they explained the process, scheduling, billing, etc. Dr. Garrett was thorough and exceptionally good at explaining what was happening, what to expect, and providing postop care. Still have some gum tissue that needs to fill in an area, but we’ll check on it at next postop appointment.
Everyone at Macon Periodontics was so kind and attentive! Beginning at the front desk all the way to checkout. Very professional while being as gentle as possible during the exam process. State if the art. Everything was explained step by step, Becca was so thorough. She took her time and I never felt as if I were being rushed through my appointment. Personable and extremely knowledgeable from check-in to making my next appointment. Highly recommend.
