I left a review for this office a couple of months ago after my first visit, but I had to share another after seeing a different doctor today. This office is truly the best! Both doctors are incredible, honest, and professional, and the staff members I’ve met have been just as great. I had a cleaning scheduled later this month, but an old crown popped off over the holiday weekend. The crown was still in good shape, so I hoped it could be recemented. After seeing my X-rays, Dr. Garvin found a bit of decay under the crown but assured me she’d do her best to save it, and she did. She removed the decay, cleaned both the tooth and crown, and reattached it securely, adding amalgam to prevent future issues. This practice is so honest. They could have told me I needed a new crown, but instead they saved what I had and saved me money. I’m looking forward to my next cleaning!
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit at Macon Smiles! I made an emergency appointment for some dental pain that I had been having for a week due to grinding in my sleep and they were able to get me seen relatively quickly. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were incredibly kind and pleasant to work with! They were honest and didn’t try to sell me treatment I didn’t need, and they explained their findings to me with clarity. I look forward to my actual exam and cleaning in a couple of weeks!

Everyone at the office was welcoming and smiling from the moment my appointment started until the very end. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and caring dental care!
