I reached out to MADE Dental Implant Center as a second opinion for my lateral incisor dental implant that was placed about 10 years ago and has recently undergone some rather aesthetically displeasing changes. Anastasia was incredibly kind, professional and thorough as she detailed my case, collected information/dental records and quickly scheduled my consultation. Within hours, Dr. Josephine reached out to learn more about my specific case and presenting complaint to ensure we were aligned during my in-person consultation. I made the one-hour drive from Chicago and am so glad I did! The facility is in an easy to access and serene development with plenty of parking. The clinic itself is extremely clean, quiet, and welcoming - it feels more like a spa than a dental clinic. The in-person consult took place in an intimate and comfortable office rather than a dental chair - making me feel so much more relaxed. The second Dr. Josephine started discussing my case, I knew I was in excellent hands - she was an active listener, exceptionally communicative, and extremely empathetic. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I am really excited to work with Dr. Josephine and the MADE Dental Implant Center team. Fellow Chicagoans it is absolutely worth the drive!
Before I had my first appointment at MADE, I was in a great deal of daily pain and was overall very insecure about my teeth, and they had gotten so bad that I was afraid to even get help for them, which only made it grow worse. Now, months later, I can finally smile again for the first time in years. I can eat normally again, I don't experience pain in my teeth anymore. It's been completely life-changing. I feel like a human being again. The entire staff at this office was extremely kind, professional, and made this thing I had been fearing getting done for years into a relatively painless and easy process. They gave me my life and confidence back and things have never been better. My only regret is I did not find these fine people sooner. Honestly don't even know where to start! Welp guess ill start by saying I will never be hiding my smile again! I ended up getting full mouth implants and am absolutely mind blown with their skills to recreate the perfect healthy smile. You can truly feel their passion and love for what they do through their work. From start to finish and everywhere in between they provide top tier service. I will forever recommend MADE!
Many thanks to MADE Dental Implant Center, as I now have a more radiant smile and a newfound confidence in my teeth and my appearance thanks to the entire incredible team there! From the moment I stepped into the center, Dr. P and Josephine were completely professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable, and always kept me informed on all of the medical information in an easily digestible way. I also really appreciated the assistance from Megan and Maria who were highly skilled at their work and were very helpful caretakers. For anyone who needs any work on their teeth, you won’t find a better professionalism and a more reasonable price than here at MADE! Man i look good!
Dr. Pallotto, Josephine and the staff at MADE are truly incredible! I had to do a full mouth restoration which included crown lengthening, and 28 crowns due to my teeth being worn down from grinding and bruxism. I was anxious about my journey, but Dr. P and Jo MADE it a joyous one. Dr. P did a great job explaining exactly what he was doing throughout the process, and always did so in terms I could understand well. His precision and attention to detail are second to none. The final product could not have turned out any better! I have been embarrassed to smile with my teeth for as long as I can remember, but now I am confident in my smile and grinning from ear to ear! It truly has made a huge difference not only aesthetically, but also functionally, as I can chew better with a proper bite, and feel as though my mouth is stronger. Last but definitely not least, Josephine and Dr. P are two of the kindest and most personable people you will come across. I will legitimately miss seeing them! Thank you again for making things so easy, and for giving me a smile I can be proud of!
