I’ve had the best experience with this dental office — truly the best dental experience our family has ever had. The entire team is extremely personable, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. They go out of their way to be accommodating and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they take pride not only in their work but also in building real relationships with the people they serve. I absolutely love the team and appreciate how easy they make the whole process from scheduling to treatment. I would (and already do!) highly recommend them to our personal and social network. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and helpful. Dr Collin was kind, patient and made me feel at ease. Ann- the hygienist was super respectful and also made me feel comfortable. Excellent experience- I have been back many times in the last 3 months and now thanks to Dr. Collin I am no longer afraid of the dentist!!!
Alicia made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. You notice how thorough she is the moment she starts because she talks you through what she is doing and checks in to make sure you are comfortable. Your teeth feel completely refreshed when she is done and you never feel rushed. If you want a hygienist who pays attention to the details and treats you with real care, you will appreciate working with her.
Dr. Trainor and his hygienist Alicia were incredible! I came in after seeing his cosmetic work on social media, and from my very first visit they made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Looking forward to getting my perfect smile!
Highly recommend Madison Dentistry! Dr. Collin Trainor was so kind, professional and made me feel really comfortable during the whole exam. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about his patients. Melissa, the hygienist, was so friendly and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the entire staff was so welcoming. A great experience from start to finish!
