I needed a tooth extracted for an implant. I waited a long time to deal with the issue at hand as I have had some less than stellar experiences with dental providers over time. I finally had to move forward with treatment and selected Dr. Koob at Madison Oral Surgery & Dental Implants. Dr. Koob and the entire staff at MOS made me feel welcome and comfortable. We all know dental work can be anxiety inducing from a treatment standpoint, as well as cost standpoint. They answered any and all questions I had. Dr. Koob was very clear in his explanation of my treatment plan which made this not so fun task manageable. Many thanks to him, the assistants (who are the behind the scenes magic makers) and the office staff for making this experience as easy as possible for me. I would recommend to anyone.
I had a 7:45am apt for a wisdom tooth extraction and went back shortly after arriving. Connie warmly greeted me and took me to my room. When Dr. Lorge came in he explained exactly what was going to happen. He showed much compassion for the pain I was in and ensured me that he would help and that he did! Dr. Lorge was amazing! He was constantly checking in on me during the procedure and explaining what he was doing which I LOVED! The two of them took great care of me and I am okay going back knowing I am in great hands.
I was referred to this doctor by Madison Oral Surgery and Dental Implants through their 24/7 hotline. I had received a procedure early Friday morning and had a subsequent rare complication by the evening. After doing my own research and reading first, I called and alerted them at about 11 PM. Patrick was just flat out rude. If you’re the night time doctor, there is no reason you should be annoyed, dismissive, and short within the first 3 minutes of a conversation. He should not work for Madison Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, and there should also be clarification about what constitutes an emergency. Ridiculous experience.
Dr. Lorge , and his assistant, Jen, seemed top-notch. I would definitely recommend them. They were warm and friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I never felt rushed, and they listened to my concerns carefully. I was so pleased on how the whole experience went! Also, everything/everyone else at the office were great too!
