Dr. Breland, and his staff were very friendly, informative and attentive. I’ve never had a dentist visit like this one. Everyone treated me like family. The cost of the visit was much less than I expected. All and all I give Magnolia Denistry in Aberdeen, Ms 5 out of 5 stars. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!!
Great service! They were all very kind and considerate. Dr. Breland was awesome. He was concerned about my comfort and made sure I didn't hurt. I had a phobia about dentists because of being hurt as a young teen. Without him even knowing that he relieved alot my fear. He seemed to really care. I will be going back.
When I say great service and care, I mean nothing short of that. I was treated well and had 2 teeth pulled gently and quick and received the best advice and meds on how to keep teeth cleaned and free from dry socket... 💯
Had all the X-rays. Had wisdom tooth that needed pulled. After I paid the full out of pocket charge I can say that the gas and numbing process was painless and extraction was fast. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I only saw the dentist for the minute it took him to give shots to numb and to pull the tooth. I would have liked the dentist to tell me the condition of my other teeth and if more cavities or other work would be needed. Thank you.
I recently visited this office for a check-up and cleaning, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I drove approximately 45 minutes to attend my appointment, expecting to receive the scheduled services. After my X-rays were taken, I was informed by the dental assistant that I would need to return another day for my cleaning because the dental hygienist was about to go to lunch. I explained that I had traveled a considerable distance and had planned my schedule around this appointment, but I was still encouraged to reschedule. What concerned me most was that the dental hygienist never came in to speak with me directly or address the situation. All communication was relayed back and forth through the dental assistant, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. Ultimately, I felt uncomfortable and chose to leave without receiving treatment. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return and would not recommend this office based on the level of communication and patient consideration I experienced.
