DO NOT GO HERE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA !!!!! I went in for a routine procedure to have 2 teeth pulled and I was treated very poorly by the dentist his name is "Dr. Kyraicos Andronikou" This guy tore up my gums with the numbing needle and broke the needle in my mouth 3 to 4 times and still proceeded to try and use the broken needle on me. I asked him at the end for something for pain and all i got was a rude remark about taking care of my teeth and then I would not need to have them pulled instead. I have half the mind to report this place to the better business bureau and contact pine tree legal to see if i can sue this place after the way i was treated. I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorder I warned them about this when i got there and I was still treated this way they had me in a panic and in tears in my appointment because of this dentist. And now here I am 3 days later in excruciating pain and not able to sleep for the past two days. You know what I think i will be reporting them and contacting a lawyer at this point.
I came here with my boyfriend on 11/6. He was supposed to get just two teeth extractions. You'd think that would be a simple process. Frank had told these people before the appointment,that he has a severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. And that I was to be there with him when this happens. The day comes,and they allow me to go out back with him. Everything seemed fine...until the dentist came in and began to use the needle to numb his gums. This dentist,whis name is "Dr. Kyraicos Andronikou"... proceeds to shove this needle into my boyfriends gums. And it was not gentle by any means. The guy was so rough,that he had bent the needle severely 3 to 4 times...and still proceeded to try to use this bent needle on my boyfriends gums before replacing it. Now we had no idea what was going on. We did not know that my boyfriend had a bone that had grown up higher then normal blocking the tooth's nerves,which was blocking him from successfully numbing that side completely. This dentist did not bother to communicate anything to my boyfriend..what so ever! And ny boyfriend was GROANING and crying from the pain. There was no understanding, no compassion at all. And proceeded to take one of his teeth out despite the pain being caused. He was not told this until after it was done. And by that time...my boyfriend just wanted to get the hell out of there. And this does not even include the rude comments. My boyfriend asked for stronger pain meds. Not everyone gives them,which is fine. But it doesnt hurt to ask. Esp after what he experienced. And the answer he got was "If you took care of your teeth, you wouldn't have to get them pulled". Before this whole process started,the dentist even looked at me to ask me what was wrong,because he noticed my boyfriend was a little upset. And in a very condescending tone.. said "well do you want to go to a specialist and be put out?". Again...no compassion what so ever. He has been suffering with pain,and swelling on one side of his face since hes had his teeth taken out. This dentist butchered his gums. Why make a living working on peoples teeth,if you cant even be understanding and compassionate..and treat people with decency and respect. I mean seriously. This office seems to have a real issue with hiring dentists,who simply dont give a crap about the patients. Seeing as over half of the reviews are super negative. And the rating is ridiculously low. Shut this damn place down if you decide to keep staff who keep HURTING clients!!! Its ridiculous at this point. My boyfriend will not be returning. Thats for sure. DO NOT COME HERE!! UPDATE: You are not sorry. We have sent you emails,posted on your Facebook page. Not before waiting for a response. You have deleted every single review we have made besides this one...because you cant. Can't even take responsibility for the people you hire. Not a good choice on your part.
The dentist told me that my tooth was “Disgusting” You go to the dentist for them to make you feel better about your smile, but instead Dr Bruce destroys young women’s self confidence. I always had a perfect smile but I puked every day of my pregnancy with HG, decaying some of my teeth. I was already insecure, the dentist telling me that I’m “disgusting” absolutely destroyed me. I got up out my chair and I left. I had to wait over a year for a new dentist. And my smile is perfect now, so how bout them apples Brucey boy?? I highly recommend Saco Family Dentistry. They say the waiting list is “years long” but my nephew and fiance signed up and were seen within a month. They take Mainecare. & they are so sweet and nice!!!
The dentist I’ve had who did my cleanings, you cannot understand him. He must have had damage to his tongue so he’d have to repeat himself multiple times, he hurt my teeth every cleaning I had and ruined my enamel using a drill during cleaning, my teeth were not that bad, almost jumping out of the chair from pain, burnt rubber smell due to him drilling my tooth not plaque. I went back and saw him 3 times before I called it quits. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist each time I went to see him. This place should be shut down.
They should not even get this one star. My appointment was scheduled at 11. I show up early because I'm a new patient. I did not get to see the dentist until almost 11:30. I am in pain, need teeth removed. The male dentist said he was going to take them out for me. The nurse is getting me prepped and he changes his mind and says oh my 11 o'clock just showed up. Tells me that he needs to reschedule my appointment until October. I have never seen so more disrespect in my life. I will never go back there. And I advise no one else either.
