Great service, clean, and always on schedule! Dental hygienist Jayne is amazing - she's knowledgeable, gentle, incredibly personable, and feels like she genuinely cares! I really appreciate always having the same dental hygienist and dentist as it feels like they really do know your situation better. I've been here for ~15 years and the service has always been just great!

I cannot say enough good things about Main Street Dental. To be honest, I’ve had terrible luck with dentists in the past—dealing with mistakes and a lot of unnecessary pain—so I was very nervous about switching to a new office several months ago. My experience here has been a complete turnaround. It honestly feels like a godsend. The level of expertise is obvious from the moment you sit down, but what really stands out is how comfortable they make you feel. I’ve experienced hardly any pain at all, which is a first for me. They are excellent at explaining every procedure clearly so there are no surprises, and the conversation is genuinely pleasant. I’m still in disbelief at how good this office is compared to what I’m used to. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, gentle, and actually communicates with you, go here. Main Street Dental is the best dental practice I have ever been to. My doctor, Dr Osman Swedeh always makes me feel comfortable and always fixes my smile. I haven't been the easiest patient for him but he makes me feel like I am. And though I have always been frightened of dentists Dr Swedeh has always put me at ease. His caring and compassionate manner makes me feel completely comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and caring as well. I can say that I am completely satisfied with the care I receive at Mainstreet Dental. I would highly recommend Mainstreet Dental to anyone who needs dental care.
The staff is very friendly and professional! The receptionist remembered me from last year! My hygienist Cassey is amazing and so is Dr Worke! I started going to Main Street Dental a year ago. I was blessed to have a father and a sister who were both dentists, so when my sister retired 2 years ago, I was nervous about finding a good dentist! I feel like I won the lottery! Out of all the dental offices in Rochester, I picked the best one! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place!
