TL;DR: Dr. Mike is a gifted dentist. As a child, I had several dentists who treated my teeth like a money tree, performing unnecessary procedures to pad their pockets. As an adult, I continued to encounter dentists with the same “make up problems to make more money” attitude. This not only left me with severe dental anxiety but also with damaged teeth, leading me to avoid dental visits altogether, which only made things worse. Dr. Mike, however, is unlike any dentist I’ve met. He’s kind, honest, and thorough. For example, after he had spent a year addressing many of my dental issues, I thought I had broken a filling. Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff squeezed me in to take a look. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, he assured me it was normal wear-and-tear and that the filling might need to be replaced in six months. He didn’t charge me anything for the visit. $0! I can’t recommend Dr. Mike enough. He’s a rare breed in an often-corrupt profession.
My hubby and I have been patients with Main St Dental for more than 15 years and are extremely satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness and services in which they have provided. We would highly recommend anyone who is searching for a dentist to inquire at Main St Dental. The staff here is simply amazing. Celine has always greeted us with a smile. Beth the hygienist has over 18 years experience with this company and provides a thorough cleaning and examination of each and everyone of her patients . Kristina who works directly with Dr. Benenati makes her patients feel comfortable when undergoing extensive dental work. She and the doctor have a great rapport. As for Dr. Mike, he has a wonderful demeanor. His knowledge in his field reassure his patients
I am enjoying my care at this practice. Dr. Mike really listens and cares about his patients. I am so pleased to have found these folks and can truly relax with confidence that I am receiving good dental care. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Many thanks to you all. Over a year later and many visits I am eager to continue my 5 star review of this practice and Dr. Mike. Everyone is so friendly and eager to make sure I get the best care. Dr. Mike is the first dentist I have ever been to that goes out of his way to make sure any work he does is pain free. My teeth have never been this good and I smile a lot more. Once again I give praise and thanks to this practice!

Had the pleasure of visiting this office yesterday. I had cracked a premolar that morning and was in serious pain. Rather than call different offices, I decided to drive into Littleton as I knew there were a few Dentists there. I did stop by one office that said they were just too busy to help me. I then stopped at Main Street Dental of Littleton. The staff there was very friendly, and although they were busy, they saw I was in serious pain and took me in immediately. The room was bright and airy with a beautiful view of the Church across the street. I noticed immediately that the equipment was very modern and high tech, something I would normally see in a big city. Dr. Benenati took a look and needed to do an x-ray. Unfortunately the tooth had to be extracted. I was very concerned about the next steps as I knew this was going to be even more pain to endure, but knew it would be temporary. Let me start by saying that there was NO PAIN at all during the extraction. The removal was complicated and took longer than normal as the tooth broke in the root and had to be split and drilled. Again, NO PAIN at all. Dr. Benanati took the time to explain what needed to be done and how it was proceeding at every step. The nice young lady who assisted him was also a pleasure to talk to. She could tell I was anxious and kept me distracted from any discomfort with questions and conversation. After the procedure was finished, I expected a rather large bill due, especially with everything done. Nope. The bill was more than reasonable to the point where I actually felt like I should leave them a tip or at least lunch on me for the staff! I highly recommend Dr. Benenati and will be returning for future check-ups. This is my new permanent Dentist!
