It's no surprise this practice gets 5 star reviews across the board. They do everything right. I had a surprise bridge "malfunction" this summer and I contacted the office and they found a way to get me in immediately. I worked with Dr. Kim, a new dentist with the practice, and he was fabulous--one of the smartest and skillful dentist I have ever met. He really took care of me, which resulted in one of the best experiences I've had in a lifetime of working with different dentists. Dr Kim is a real professional with amazing skill and also a true artist in what he does. I feel very lucky to have been taken care of by this practice and Dr. Kim. Everyone that worked with me at the practice was super professional and highly skilled, very helpful, and kind. If you need specialty work done such as implants, etc., this is the place to go in Portland, Maine.
Had a wonderful 1st visit for my permanent bridge. Dr Frank Musciano nice person he did evaluated and checked my broken bridge one gently and carefully. His dental assistant knowledgeable of what she doing quiet person but pleasant.The front desk person respectful and helpful. The Dental clinic is nice with a nice picture window with natural bright light and nice view . Looking forward for my next appointment. I can recommend to place to anybody More power to All that works there .
We had a most positive experience! The staff from front office to hygienists were amazing! We had a nervous teenager the staff was so pleasant , so concerned, so helpful! They all made her as well as family feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained so we could understand what the visit entailed. The doctor was fantastic! We are so happy we were able to come to this facility, meet the staff and start our evaluation. Thank you all so much for helping my daughter to feel comfortable, she looks forward to returning . I was greeted by Jess at the front desk with a welcoming smile. Misha, the assistant, called me in at my appointed time and was most personable, organized, and efficient. Dr. Musciano, in his usual calm and pleasant manner, was thorough and clearly explained my treatment plan. The whole experience was comfortable and unrushed. I have been here several times in the past few years, actually look forward to appointments, and am so grateful to have this gem of an office available to me.
Have seen Dr. Musciano for several years. He’s technically superb, is always concerned about my comfort, always carefully explains his procedures, and is a very decent, ever-pleasant & compassionate professional. Would recommend him to a family member & friend without the slightest reservation.
