Our problem is not with the dentists. It is with. scheduling appointments. My husband gets his teeth cleaned every 4 months for some dental issues. He had his teeth cleaned in mid February, when he went to reschedule he was given an appointment in September. When he asked about getting his teeth cleaned in June he was told September was the best they could do. I had a similar situation, I had joint replacement surgery, my appointment is scheduled in March. I called to reschedule for a few weeks later and was told the same thing. We can’t get you in until September. Finally they were able to get me in later in March, but this has been a constant problem with this office. With my last cleaning I had to wait for 9 months as they could not get me in any sooner.
I had an outstanding experience at Dr. Heringhaus’ office for my recent dental cleaning! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dental Hygienist Kelly was absolutely fantastic—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. My teeth have never felt better! Dental Assistant Hayley was also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. She helped create a relaxed and positive atmosphere, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Dr. Heringhaus has clearly built a team that cares deeply about their patients. I left feeling confident in my dental health and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for top-notch care and a friendly, professional team!
