I like everything about the Saratoga Family Dentistry practice on Maple Avenue. Alicia manages the front desk with professionalism and outstanding patient service. When I had a recent dental emergency, she worked diligently to schedule a same-day appointment and found one at the Clifton Park office. Dr. Walsh is kind, experienced and his patient care is second to none. And Trish is probably the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is thorough, explains what she’s doing, answers questions, and makes a cleaning a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Maple Ave!
I was able to obtain an appointment relatively quickly being I had a tooth that was inflamed, and a filling had fallen out from a previous dentist! Maple Avenue family dentistry, super friendly, super patient explained everything they were doing and why. In the end I walked away minus the tooth that was causing all the issues and feeling very satisfied and comfortable with booking another appointment for June for a re evaluation and check up! I highly recommend them. Thank you All very much
My visit was very comfortable. The office staff was warm and friendly. My time with Dr. H was informative and reassuring. The only topic we didn’t discuss was an implant and if that was another solution. I feel very comfortable and reassured at this practice. 2/13/26: Today’s visit was long and not an everyday dental visit, Dr. L was great and patient, she worked hard and did and great job on the temporary.
I always find the service to be organized and professional. Reception is easy and pleasant to interact with. Hygienist Jennifer took the time to provide me with extra tips and resources. She and Dr. LaRue were honest and kind.
Dr L'Heureux and staff took on my toothache, which presented right when I moved back to NY after twenty-five years. Not a great welcome home for me, as I ended up requiring a root canal and two crowns. Everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism through a very anxiety provoking process for me. Highly recommend.
