Cleaning goes so well here and analysis by the doctor always accompanies that. The dentist is great and active at addressing immediate issues as well as watching and tracking upcoming deterioration. Good upgrade from my last dentist in town 😃

Beautiful, clean office. Always greeted with smiling, friendly faces. Maddie did a great job of cleaning my teeth! Dr. Massa is a very nice man and superb dentist. If there’s a problem that has more than one solution, he explains so that I can understand and listens to my concerns. Highly recommend this doc and his staff!
My prior dentist retired and sent his patients to Dr. Massa. Years ago I had gone to Massa and had a problem with front staff and getting nothing fixed at that time. I thought I would give this office another chance. Big mistake!!! I called to be proactive and find out the cost for a new patient. I was told abruptly that she was not sure and that the cost including everything was 349.00 which included X-rays. I had just had X-rays completed at prior office so I would not need them again as I thought surely they could just request my file. She was so rude and said well I dont know anything about the cost then. I ask for a cost just for a cleaning and a new patient she said I dont know. I am glad I was proactive and called and realized that indeed his office staff is still rude and disrespectful. I advised he that she needed to cancel my appointment because I will definitely not be a patient in an office with such a rude staff.
