Dr Mark Bilello and staff are very welcoming from the initial phone call to my first office visit. Ms Shonnie and Ms Jade greet you with a huge warm smile and are genuinely happy to work there and see their patients. Ms Deana explains everything and is extremely gentle as she aims to make sure you are comfortable. She has a great sense of humor and we agreed that "Laughter is the best medicine". Dr Mark explains everything and takes his time with you. Their knowledge and kindness is greatly appreciated and I am happy to have found my people. 💝 Kathy Leonard
Today was my first visit to Dr. Bilello’s office and it was a somewhat emergency situation. I was given an appointment right away and had no wait time. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Dr. Bilello was gentle and explained everything he was doing during the procedure always making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Bilello and his entire staff are the absolute best. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I can honestly say that they make me feel like family. Years ago I broke a front tooth in half. Dr. Bilello repaired it and it is completely undetectable. The repair has lasted without any problems. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, this is my dentist for life.
I have been going to Dr Mark for over 20 years. I love his staff. They are all so professional and very friendly. Dr. Mark is gentle and thorough with exams. Being afraid of going to the dentist is an understatement for me but I know I am in good hands here. His assistant, Dena, is patient and very understanding of her patients needs. This will be my forever dentist.
You will get five star service at Mark Bilello‘s office. Every one of his dental hygienists does an excellent job. Dena polished my teeth and got some coffee stains off and really did a great job getting my smile back. It’s a really nice professional office; I’ve been using them for many many years.
