The lady at the front desk was very kind. My hygienist pissed me off so bad I can’t remember her name however she walked in the room she introduced herself and she said I’m about to take some x-rays I told her you know I didn’t have wisdom teeth I didn’t have any then she says oh she had no paperwork on me she didn’t even know why I was there and then when I asked did they not send paperwork the veterans administration oh I have to go ask and then after a few minutes she comes back with a piece of paper then she’s gonna explain to me what she’s gonna do and I say y’all just see people and you clueless as to why they’re here oh that’s why we asked man her attitude was the worst her attitude was by far the worst I am a 59-year-old parent and she didn’t look like she was much older than my child but with that attitude she’s not gonna make it too far and then again she might here because that’s my… That’s probably what they tolerate… I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody as long as that young lady works here
Solid group that follows best practices with results that reflect their deep level of care and effort. The on-staff hygienists and general dentistry team is second to none and the periodontics and prosthodontics team is stellar in their care, craft, approach and final results.
Dr. Morgan was absolutely phenomenal!! Her and her Associate Kelly did the damn thing!! Not only did they build a level of comfort for me and my surgery, they demonstrated a level of confidence and knowledgeability that ensured me that I was in great hands! They were very personable, talking me through my whole procedure. Checking in with me the whole time and although it was an extremely challenging procedure they got in done with precision in no time!! But wait the icing on the cake is when Dr. Morgan added a personal touch, again by keeping me and my level of comfort in the forefront, she called me directly hours after the procedure to ensure that I was clear on what I needed to do for the next few days to heal and deal with success in my recovery!!! THANK YOU DR. MORGAN AND KELLY!! P.S. Doc, your fly is on 1000%!! You did that!!
Dr. Hurwitz and the staff are by far THE BEST in providing EXCEPTIONAL care! I needed a sinus lift, bone grafts, and implants to replace a bridge and I could not be more pleased! Thanks you for taking care of my wife and I!!!
I had a tooth extraction and two dental implants placed and it was an amazing experience. I had two extractions at another office 3 years ago and the procedure and recovery were 10x worse. I have been able to text them with all of my concerns and they text back right away. Dr. Hurwitz is the one who did the procedure and she has THE BEST bedside manner. She even made a point to try to not mess up my make up during the exam lol. Having the experience to compare it to another office with a similar procedure shows how amazing they are. From the front desk staff, the dental assistant and the Dr. it was an amazing experience start to finish. Will recommend them to ANYONE needing dental work done!
