Visited the office for an emergency wisdom tooth removal and they were able to get me scheduled within 24 hours. Dr. Itani and his team are incredible! His bed side manner and thorough explanation of all scenarios put me at ease. Ended up having local sedative only and it was a very quick and painless procedure. Recovery has been effortless, back to normal within 48 hrs- overall a success! A special recognition for the doctor and the entire office team, they were warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the very knowledgeable dental assistant/hygenist who assisted with the radiographs and during my procedure. Sincere thanks!
From the start of the implant process to the completion I was welcomed by a caring supporting staff led by Dr. Robinson, an extremely knowledgeable, skilled and thorough oral surgeon. He and his staff took time to explain the procedure which put me at ease. I was pleased at the outcome and very satisfied with the care and kindness I was given.I would like to acknowledge a very special person who is Dr. Robinson's special assistant, Lisa, who is the liaison between the patient and Dr. Robinson on related matters of the surgery and if necessary had Dr. Robinson call me. Communication had quick response and questions answered. I am a 78 year old who was having implants for a snap-on overdentures to alleviate my constant gagging and not being able to chew properly with my regular denture for years I am in the process of having part two of the denture being made. I would highly recommend Dr. Robinson and his staff to anyone. Katie
Dr. Robinson extracted one of my molars. He was fast and made the whole process seem easy. He was encouraging and competent. He explained every step he was doing thoroughly and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable in his office especially that his assistant was one of my students in middle school. What a coincidence! Diana was great and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this office. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.
I would like to thank Dr. Kishter for the excellent care he provided to my daughter during her surgery. From the very beginning, he was professional, kind, and reassuring. He made my daughter feel calm and not afraid before the procedure. His nurse was also exceptional—very attentive and caring throughout the entire process. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft today at Maryland Oral Surgery Associates, Rockville MD, and I am so grateful for the excellent care I received. Dr. Mitchell Stark and his assistant were outstanding — professional, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the procedure. The front desk staff was amazing and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The office environment is clean, comfortable, and calming, which really helped ease my nerves.
