I felt very welcome to when I went there. Everybody in the office was so nice and professional. I would not hesitate to go back. I am thinking about getting my Invisalign treatment there. My favorite part was the two therapy dogs. Dr Biery has a lot of confidence and a nice mannerism of interacting.
My family & I have all been going here for 3+ years now & we love it. The staff is great with the kids and not pushy when it comes to procedures. Drs are very informative throughout each appointment. My kids always look forward to the prizes at the end of each appointment! 🥳
This was my first visit. The two receptionists at the front desk are extremely helpful and one speaks Spanish. They also handed me a wonderful welcoming gift and a beautifully presented portfolio. Then the 3 person dental team took over and took many X-rays of my mouth and explained the work that they would like to do. The next person was the financial wizard and she explained the costs involved and gave me a copy. The last person I saw today was the hygieneist and she did a lot very very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Everyone is a coordinated team and they did a wonderful job.
Yesterday I had my appt as a new patient with the Massanutten Dental Team practice. What a great place! The huge reception and waiting area really gives off a wow factor and yet a relaxed, homie atmosphere at the same time. The receptionists greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles and presented me a welcome gift bag. A nice surprise!! Thank you! I met my dental assistant. A very nice , caring young man. He took my X-rays and answered a couple questions I had. He made me feel comfortable and was very professional. He took me to the patient care area which pristine, comfortable and hi-tech. I especially enjoyed meeting with you, Dr. Biery. I feel very fortunate to have you as my dentist. I'm looking forward to working with your team to create a action plan that will take care of my dental needs. Thank you so much! Sandra Stickley
While out of town, our daughter lost a tooth that was connected to her braces. We called and explained our situation. 15 minutes later we were taken care of and had a great experience. What started out very scary for our 8 year old, ended with a flower, some stuffies and getting to pet 2 cute dogs!
