The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable and clearly explained everything I needed to do afterward.
Came in during my vacation because wires started poking my cheeks. They were able to take me in shortly after calling and I got my wires taken care off and was sent with wax as an extra measure. The staff were incredibly friendly and the orthodontist also took a look to make sure everything was clear. The practice was thorough and clearly didn’t cut any corners. Was very appreciative they were able tit she me in and help me enjoy my vacation without any poky wires.
