I had a really good experience at cozy dental. Everyone was so nice and my teeth cleaning was painless, I even got cold and they gave me a blanket. Office is completely spotless and they got me in quickly. Also try their coconut floss, it is so amazing and will clean your teeth better than anything at the store.
Moved to Maui about a year ago and have gone here 3 times since a born-and-raised local referred me here. Of all the 10+ practices I have visited, by far the best place I have ever been to. Dr. Rongcal has been in the field for a long time, has UCLA prestige, and possesses true aloha. Dr. Rongcal and her staff are super welcoming, warm, adhere to high cleaning standards, and are very understanding. A lot of people have dental anxiety. Every one of Dr. Rongcal's staff is super patient, understanding, and assuring your comfort throughout every visit. Your voice will always be heard, and they'll always guide you in the right direction for your dental care, no matter how small or big the task is. Her front staff is also superb. Always easy to work with when dealing with insurance. Insurance providers are complicated to deal with, including the biggest companies that services federal/military employees. But the staff here always know how to quickly work with them to meet your needs. The front staff is also super flexible in scheduling. First timers and follow-up to recent appointments are always 2-4 weeks out, never months like most other practices. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Rongcal.
Great dental office. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable office. Office was accommodating to fit me into the schedule. No pain with my dental work. Efficient and excellent dental work.
