McCawley was very beautiful it was also very clean and the dentist was Amazing!! The first dentist that I had in many years that actually took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I understood. He was the absolute best! I really liked him. The office was a little hard to find but once you find it it is well worth it… I am a happy patient!
The first thing I want to say is about the staff. From my first phone call to my appointment the staff is outstanding. Kind, caring, knowledgeable and most of all professional. I never for one minute felt rushed, and that's important to me. From the receptionist to the doctor my experience was impeccable. I was totally informed about everything they were doing and going to do. I highly recommend this facility.
Every visit to the office has been positive from beginning to end. My dental hygienist Maria is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and takes excellent care of my teeth. I appreciate that she takes time to explain everything that is going on so there are no surprises. She is patient and takes her time to ensure my needs are met during every visit! I absolutely love her and the great job she has done helping me take care of my teeth.
I can't say enough great things about the McCawley Center. I had to have gum surgery and was terrified. From beginning to end, the staff answered all questions and put me at ease. The procedure went well and the follow up appointments went smoothly. Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Extra special shout out to Tori, the dental hygienist! She really did a great job calming me down before my procedure and has done an excellent job with my follow up care. Again, the McCawley Center is an exceptional dental office!
I had a laser gum treatment today and had a wonderful experience. Tom McCawley and the entire office staff were amazing—thorough, kind, and very attentive. They called to check on me both before and after the procedure and did an excellent job explaining everything. I’m in very little discomfort and truly appreciate the level of care I received. Highly recommend this office!
