Looking to get dentures, dont come here. Just another dentist that over promises, under delivers, and wants to sell you implants. They could care less about your dental health, your mental health, or your smile. Get you in, make you pay, push you out the door. Just another number here. No patient care in the world. They made dentures that had issues from the get go. Being from Ohio we didnt have the luxury to just go back in at anytime. When we finally made the expensive trip back down on the promise they would make it right, I ended up spending more money on another denture that doesnt fit properly. Cant eat, cant wear with glue, cant chew correctly. When I called to get something done about this, I was met with services were rendered, you said they felt good, and that we were happy with them. So far from the truth its laughable. Then after our first visit saying we were not candidates for implants, now we need implants, bone graphs, etc. Funny how they switch gears because they dont know how to properly make dentures. They talk all sweet and kind when you come in, but its just a facade. I have two expensive paperweights with hard relines that are falling apart, pieces falling off, sharp pieces, and looks like it was done by someone in first year dental school. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and the way they handled taking care of the major issues. They dont listen to concerns, they make up lies to cover their behinds when they cant do their job correctly. Disappointed. And now they refuse to fix anything and left me in worse shape than when I started with them. My mental health was bad before, its worse now. Cant eat foods I enjoy unless its pureed into mush. Thanks McDentures for making things worse for me.
On February 26 I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist, then in the back Mr. Luke took very care of me and listened to what I wanted he did an amazing job and Dr. McIntyre is aways Awsome, he always make sure are happy with his Beautiful work. And he's giving me my Beautiful smile back. Every time im there every one Is Amazing my Husband love the patient and care they gave me. And then upon checking out It was smooth, and I love it, and yes I will always recommend people to Dr. McIntyre thanks to all the Staff. GOD bless.
From the first day I walked into Dr. McIntyre’s office (which by the way… I was terrified of the dentist) I felt comfortable & at ease. They secured me with all the info I needed to start my journey to a brand new smile ! I am very pleased & thrilled to have such a beautiful smile ! I appreciate ALL Dr. McIntyre & his awesome staff did for me ! Go ahead and- make the call to his office - you won’t be disappointed !!!
My experience with Dr. McIntyre's office, service, and staff was excellent; wonderful. They were able to make an appointment for me quickly; the exam and consultant were also affordable. They did what was absolutely needed for me to have no more mouth pain; that is completely appreciated! I would strongly recommend their services to anyone who is experiencing mouth/tooth pain. Thank you to Dr. McIntyre's office and staff!!
This is the best dental office I have ever visited, from the front desk to the technicians and the dentist himself. The whole experience was top notch and I couldn’t believe how on time everything was. On my second visit I arrived about 15 minutes early and was taken in immediately. I actually left my appointment (it was only for a fitting) before my actual appointment time! That has never happened in the history of dental/doctor appointments! Awesome experience all around, if I could give more stars I would.
