Everyone from the front desk to the back staff assistants to the doctors is incredibly friendly and kind. The team is exceptionally gentle with their care, making sure you’re feeling comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. McKinney even offers a VR headset for patients undergoing complex procedures. The entire experience felt clean and enjoyable. Going to the dentist is already challenging enough, so I truly appreciate the efforts of everyone involved. Thanks a lot!
I can’t say enough good things about this office. In my experience, they have been absolutely AMAZING. I struggle, like most , with dental anxiety. To the point I put off dental care for years. Or I would go but would not return because I just didn’t feel comfortable. I experienced a dental emergency recently and was nervous to even call. So my fiance called this office and unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance. We called a few other places and just the front office answering the call I just didn’t feel comfortable with. So I told him to call back to McKinney and Graham. He explained to them my anxiety and fear. They went above and beyond in accommodating my anxiety and concerns. They was upfront and transparent with everything. Everyone that I came into contact with was so supportive and nice. At one point I said “this sure is a popular room!” The dentist that was in the room said “well we heard you was here and wanted to say welcome and glad you are here.” Everyone spoke to me and checked on me. That procedure went well and I even booked a cleaning appointment. I recently went to that appointment as well and the hygienist was AMAZING. I still get anxious about going but I feel a little at ease about it. I’m sure other offices are like this but this office has been wonderful and I’m glad to be receiving my care from this office. Highly recommend them! I wanted a place that could do everything in house (for the most part as some cases do have to be referred out) and knowing that put my worries and fears a little more at peace. Edit to say Dr. Kappel is PHENOMENAL as well. From front end staff, to billing , to dental assistant to the hygienist … wonderful.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this dental office. Have been going for about 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today was my youngest daughter’s (1.5 years old) first time and Angie was amazing. She made both my girls love being there and have no fear at all. Pretty sure both my girls would have stayed with her all day and been her little assistants. The dentists are all amazing. All the front desk staff is amazing and know me by name when I come in. Couldn’t recommend more!
It is always a pleasure to go to the dentist! I used to be scared to go until I started seeing Dr. McKinney! He is the BEST!! So nice and his staff is great as well all the way from the front desk to the back they are great!! They know you by name always anytime you go. If you are looking for a good dentist Dr. McKinney is the one. So thankful for him and ALL of his staff!! They are the sweetest you will find!!
Arrived, everyone was super pleasant! Called me back at appointment time! Gave explanations of everything they did to me, met with Dentist, explained EVERYTHING in detail as to what to expect, spoke in laymens terms so I could understand…NO PRESSURE with explaining costs! Never waited more than 3-5 minutes when taken to different rooms for different procedures!!!! Left feeling very informed and confident!!!!
