Be prepared to be ripped off. My wife needed a tooth pulled. We have dentail insurance. Referred by her dentist because they take our insurance. Called ahead to verify they take our insurance. Yes. Verified the day before via online portal invite they sent us. Yes. My wife drives down there for her appointment. Guess what?...... THEY DON'T ACCEPT OUR INSURANCE AND SWIPE MY HSA CARD FOR $560. When I called the office, they appologized and admitted the error. Great! So when do I get my money back? LOLOLOL!!! SILLY CUSTOMER! Even though they messed up, they said there would be no refunds. I asked for a call back from someone higher. They called back and offered 50% back. GREAT! When do I get the other 50% back? They are under the assumption that 50% back on something that was supposed to be covered in FULL is acceptable. The next option? "We'll see what insurance bills and get back to you"... Do you think that ever happened. NOPE! We end up getting charged $280 and then they send a check for $70. We're still due $200. Do you think anyone followed up as promised? NOPE! Like I said - be prepared. They prey on people and force them into desperate situations to squeeze money out of them. No accountability, no empathy, no sense of urgency, no follow up. America's health system is screwed because of places like this. They should be ashamed, but of course, they're not.
I was referred by my dentist for a very painful tooth. I tried two other oral surgeons nearby but was told it would be two weeks! McNally is the only one who truelly understood the pain and worked with me. They have emergency appts for things like this. They go quick but I got one and was in the next day.From reception to surgeon,all were friendly and professional. The surgeon made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. It's out and healing thanks to this group who still cares about the person behind the teeth! Thanks so very much!
My husband went in on lunch break for what was supposed to be a consultation . Well, they offered to take out a huge impacted wisdom tooth so he went along with it and he got it out in about 1 minute with zero pain ! Everyone in office was so so nice and comforting . Cost him only 300 bucks after insurance and he went back to work so the entire thing was out in zero pain on a lunch break! They even sent us cool email images and modern instructions and pics on the procedure . A plus !!!!!
I had a nice experience with this establishment because last monday another dentist was extracting my wisdom tooth and i almost passed out in the process so i decided to make a appointment here and they took me in for consultation very fast (1-2) days which was nice because other oral surgeon establishments would say they are booked till november-december now im already in for next week to get it removed. Also the doctors and agents are nice people, i recommend going here if you have had trouble with other places
Amazing experience having my wisdom teeth removed. At 35 years old, this was my first major medical procedure and I was beyond anxious, the nurses/dental assistants were phenomenal at calming my nerves as well as the doctor who had all 5 (I had an extra) of my wisdom teeth out in 10 minutes flat. Idk he’s name, he spoke very fast, but doc was top notch at what he did. Thank you for the best care orally I think I could’ve found in western mass!! Appreciate every single one of you in the office!!
