Moved to Greenbrier county for work and was recommended this office. We had to reschedule our initial appointments twice due to unexpected issues. We never missed an appointment and we rescheduled in a very timely manner both times. We were never told there was a reschedule policy. After they let me reschedule the second time, a different employee immediately called me back and told me they could no long be seen at that office due to their policy that they didn’t even tell me about. Very unprofessional.
When we first started going to this dental office we were so pleased with how kind and amazing Dr.Wilson was. We appreciated him so so much. The only issue we had ever noticed was a certain receptionist always seemed to be a bit rude. Well life happens and we have had a lot of unexpected and uncontrollable events come our way that caused us to miss some appointments, to which we were told they would no longer be able to see us. Completely understandable. We know they have an office to run and we apologize for any inconveniences we have caused for Dr. Wilson and Meadows. Anyways, I have called everywhere trying to find a dentist to pull the last 3 remaining teeth my husband has and have had absolutely no luck. I thought I would try calling meadows and wilson to see if they could make an exception to see him one last time. Dr. Wilson still denied seeing him and again we understand but just thought we would call and ask. The issue I have is when I did call the front desk lady "Crystal" was absolutely rude, short and unprofessional. I now know that "Crystal" is the receptionist that in the past when we have called and made appointments have been spoken to so poorly and after reading thru some other reviews on here I now know that me and my husband aren't the only ones that have had an issue with the receptionist. Glad we no longer have to be treated like dirt by Crystal.
Dr Meadows is amazing! I have seen him multiple times over the past year. I had 8 implants installed and couldn't be happier! Dr. Meadows made the dentures, Dr. Ravelo at Mt State Oral in Beckley was my oral surgeon. Remember kids brush those teeth!!! 🪥 It has been a really difficult 6+ month journey. Very pleased though with the end result. Highly recommend Dr. Meadows and team. I am bringing my Girls here and am confident they will be well cared for. Glad to eat food I have been missing out on again!!! 🍎🥩🥜
I've been going here since I was about 4 years old, I recommend everyone I know to go there. Dr. Meadows and all the dental assistants have always been so kind. My only complaint is that the front desk ladies are a little bit rude at times
A 5 star experience. While I doubt anyone can honestly say they "love" going to the dentist, I can say that Dr. Meadows has a great "bedside manner" and truly cares about his patients. He has repaired work done by other dentists for me and helps me keep my teeth healthy. My wife and I have been going to him for over a decade now.
