I have been in the dental industry a while and I’ve managed over 250 offices. IT has always been a pain point …until I was introduced to Tom and the Medix IT team. I’ve worked in corporate offices with an in house IT team and all I can say is that Medix is the only IT firm that I will use for any of my businesses going forward. The level of care is like the Ritz Carlton. I consider myself a needy client and what we have set up for our state of the art office was not simple. Everything is on the cloud the way we needed it. Here is the big deal to me: issues always happen with IT…but how the issues get resolved is the difference of us being successful or not. Tom answered my calls at 11 pm. Who does that? I know this is not a daily thing, but Tom is a business owner and he understands the importance of his service to other business owners. And the team he has built speaks volume to his vision. We have worked with Medix Dental for quite some time now. They are always quick with their responses and solve our technical issues in a timely manner. Customer service is great! Anytime we need a new computer Christian sets everything up and the whole process goes smoothly. Overall always have a great experience with Medix!!
The TEAM at Medix are Rockstars ! Very thorough and efficient. I love the service portal that is always available on my task bar. They are literally available at a moments notice. Great response time. It is great that they work directly with your Management System techies. We were impressed by the attention to HIPAA and security. Customer Service is the BEST! Christian Meyer works for YOU! He is open, honest, great communications and is always available for questions and to help. We have had our "issues" and Medix has risen to the task. Highly Recommend !!!!!
