Worst dentist in Meridian I went to inquire about teeth whitening treatment was advised I had a few cavities that need treatment I Agreed That was one of the worst decisions I ever did in my life my mouth has been in Severe pain since he done the first filling, followed by Continuous infection in my mouth from the fillings and the root canal that was not needed. I’m getting Legal council going to this place has been a nightmare.
When I moved to Meridian in 2020 I was at the beginning of my major dental journey. I had just learned that I have advanced periodontitis and I needed a lot of help. When I asked around town "Who is the best periodontist in the area?", everyone told me to “go see Dr. Justus”. I will never regret that decision!! For the last 4 years, Dr. Justus, Dr. Martin and the amazing team at Meridian Dental Associates have helped me through my tough dental journey! We love the team at Dr. Justus’ office so much, our entire family now sees them for regular cleanings and major work. The amazing ladies at the front reception are always great with communication on pricing and appointment times. I am still on my major dental journey. And even when I am terrified to be in the chair, Dr. Justus’ amazing crew make me feel comfortable, understood and way less terrified! I can’t thank these folks enough for all their hard work, support and dedication to their clients!! I look forward to continuing my dental journey with Meridian Dental Associates!
If I could rate much lower I WOULD. Went here for dental work, Dr Justus is “in network” with my insurance.Never had the work done because the evaluation that was sent to Humana was approved BUT for a lesser amount but since he signed a contract with the insurance company the amount was to be accepted. WELL, I was given the run around by the receptionist, saying they never received several fax of the approval from the insurance company. Instead of being PROFESSIONAL by just admitting he didn’t want to do the work for the amount approved. I had already found another dentist but I just wanted to see how long THEY would lie each time I called about the fax. Not to mention the Humana representative had me on hold, while talking to her( receptionist). They’re a Big Joke, go elsewhere…I DID!!!
When I read the comment "It's all about the money," I didn't quite understand it, but trust me I know now. I was quoted $3500 with an August 2022 completion date. It ended up costing my insurance company around $10,000 and I got my bottom plate around May 2024. Guess what?? They don't even fit and they are 2 different colors. Please
My husband and I saw Dr. Justus for 2 years before we moved away from the area. He was professional, friendly, and did knowledgeable. He was one of the best dentists I have ever been to. I would recommend Dr. Robert Justus to anyone looking for a new dentist.
