I’ve been receiving dental care at Meridian for about a year and a half now. Let me just say-WOW! I’ve never been excited for my dental appointments until Meridian Dental. From the moment I walked in for my first visit, they have been consistently professional, kind, organized, on time, all the good things!! Dr. Gru, Reed, and Natalie are what seems to be a dream team. While all the staff have been fantastic, I must say—Reed has been the BEST dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. He’s ALWAYS been so careful and gentle with my cleanings, always checking in to make sure all is well. I’m just mind blown because he’s never hurt my mouth in any way. Not once. And y’all know once someone hurts your teeth/gums the pleasant experience is OVER. I would drive to Fairbanks if I needed to if it meant getting top notch service by Meridian. Thank goodness they’re local! 10/10-110 percent recommend. Ok. This is not a sponsored review. They are just that dang good and offer a variety of services!!
My hygienist is always the best....friendly without trying to visit while my mouth is open & being worked on. I wouldn't want another one. However, I would've appreciated getting a text, email or call beforehand that Dr Gurr was out of town, instead of being told I could cancel or reschedule after I was already in the exam chair and waiting.
Clean office and modern equipment. The staff was excellent. I have not visited the dentist nearly enough in recent years. I went into the appointment wondering how much care others would put in, knowing that I’ve been neglectful myself. Dr. Gurr and Reed, who’s a hygienist, took the time to get me back on track. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. Much appreciated.
We took our daughter in for an emergency root canal, and the care was outstanding. Professional, high-quality work and a very kind, pleasant staff. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this dental office.
