Professional, beautiful facility with friendly staff. I was truly impressed with the ease of getting in quickly for an emergency root canal appointment. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. They took my insurance over the phone and told me my out of pocket costs right away. I especially appreciated being able to choose a movie to watch during the procedure it made the experience much more relaxing. I was extremely comfortable the whole time, and they ensured I was thoroughly numbed before beginning. Overall, I am very happy with the service and highly impressed with the level of care provided.
Dr Francis and her assistant James were amazing! I had a tricky root canal and they made it so relaxed and easy to get through! I have dental anxiety and they were so comforting and did everything they could to make the experience positive and painless! Highly recommend and they need a higher star ⭐️ rating then 5!!
Today was my third surgery with Dr. Teel. As always, communication is excellent, the staff are wonderful and reassuring. Following the initial numbing, I literally felt no pain during a long and complicated procedure. A big shout out to Brenna, Dr Teel’s surgical assistant. She was patient, explained the process carefully, and answered all of my questions. She was an excellent assistant in every way . I suspect Meridian may be a bit more expensive than other clinics, but the extra cost is well worth it.
Dr Francis did a remarkable job on my root canal. She made sure you were well informed though out the process. Minimal swelling and feeling great! Thank you sweetheart!
My appointment was last minute and a little bit unusual. Dr. Francis and the whole team with whom I interacted or fantastic. To my taste, there is a perfect balance of thoroughly skilled and knowledgeable, professional, balanced with an engaging, informative, and comfortable chair side personality. There was a strong commitment to saving my tooth. I am thankful for this, especially right before Thanksgiving! Trust me, it is without malice that I say I hope I never see them again (Professionally). That said if I or anyone I care for needs this level of exceptional care, I will highly recommend Meridian without reservation. Thank you all.
