Pleasantly surprised. Very gentle. Dr. Battle & Shelby are not only amazing professionals but they're great human beings as well! These ladies put me at ease & explained everything in terms even I can understand. All costs & procedures were well explained & we even discussed options. I really enjoyed this visit & I will be back. If you're looking for a new Dentist, this is place to go!
Staff was very nice. Shelby was fun to talk to. Dr. Battle is very thorough with your new patient visit. Anything she tells you about your teeth help you understand why they are like that and helps in any way to fix them or any problem you have even TMJ. When I got my teeth cleaned the dental hygienist was very gentle with cleaning my teeth and made sure I wasn't having any sensitivity when rinsing my mouth. Since I'm sensitive to cold water she used warm water instead. I highly recommend going here if you're in need of dental work.
Always friendly and professional! I have been going to this dental office since 1988. They have had some changes but the staff gives excellent customer service! I have had the same hygienist and I just love her!

Merit Dental ( Drs Magnuson and Battle) along with their entire team provide exceptional dental care. Care to your personal needs is always provided. My dental hygienist, Karen, is knowledgeable and professional. I know I’m getting the highest level of dental care here.
