Had a great experience with this office. I went to get my 3 wisdom teeth out, and the process was as smooth as it could be. The doctors took great care of me before and after surgery. Shoutout to Marie for the great care she showed, which was truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had a problem at my dentist office yesterday and after a hour of trying to help me then decided I needed to go to a oral surgeon. This was late in the afternoon and they called around to try to get me a appointment right away. Dr Esbah and his assistants Stacey and Marie stayed after hours to take care of my problem and make sure I was well taken care of. I was so nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. I so appreciate everything they did to take care of me last night.

I never leave reviews but this place was honestly such a joke that I had to. I went in for my consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed coming from another office because they did not take both of my insurances, I was trying to save some money because life is expensive and I’m 22 years old and this insurance is all new to me. The nurses in the back were very nice the doctor who did the consultation was also very nice. I honestly didn’t have any issues with them until it came time to book the appointment days later. The lady in the front (Rachel) had me on hold for 25+ minutes then hung up on me never even asked why I was calling. when I called from my work number she picked up the phone immediately asked how could she help me realized it was the same person then put me on hold for another 15 minutes then hung up on me again. I left a voicemail saying that I have been trying to get a hold of them for almost 2 hours and if they could give me a call back, despite the fact they were suppose to call me back yesterday after they “spoke with the doctor about a medication needed for the procedure” and never did. Eventually after hours of no contact and being on hold I had to SHOW UP just to book an appointment. Mind you the only words this lady said to me over the span of 2-3 hours were hold please and how can I help you😂 we didn’t even have a conversation long enough for her to create a problem in her head. Idk if she was having a bad day honestly idrc but after i left the voicemail she couldn’t even pick up the phone long enough to know what i was calling for. When I walked in I heard them talking smack about either me or the lady in line in front of me who left and came back and all the nurses came from the back to see like they don’t have jobs to do walking around with way too much free time on their hands with patients sitting in chairs waiting. When I said I was there to book an appointment she had the nerve to say “ we can’t book until we hear back from ur insurance in 3 weeks” like I don’t understand why u couldn’t just say that over the phone but you know they loooveee that hold button the funniest part is patients are in the lobby waiting the hold light is flashing patients are in the rooms waiting and they are all standing up there acting like they don’t have a job to do maybe if they prioritized their jobs like they do gossiping and hitting the hold button their lobby wouldn’t be so full. honestly im never going back to this place I would rather pay hundreds of dollars then deal with them another second some of them need lessons on professionalism, prioritization and self regulation😂😂

I'm not sure what some of these people are going on about! First of all, this is not a dentist office. This is an oral surgeon's office omfs.. they are not a general dentist. They are not affiliated or associated with a general dentist. They do oral surgery only. It is up to the patient depending on the procedure if they get knocked out or not or if their insurance will cover it. Personally, I opted out of having sedation when I had an extraction on the lower left molar. They're used to people being nervous and getting knocked out constantly so I was a quick surprise when I didn't want the sedation for a simple extraction as my tooth had been broken. This office is under constant fluctuation between patients and staff. People complaining about not being able to get through to the front because they have limited staff. Every patient is different and requires care that is suited to them as you are not them and vice versa. People really need to educate themselves on dental terminology before they come in to complain because some of you sound like you're complaining to the wrong office. May I suggest that people learn about dental the procedures and understand a little bit more about their mouth health just like they do the rest of their body. This office does great work. Has really nice staff and they are overwhelmed. If you have an emergency , go in. It is not up to everyone else to accommodate you as an individual for all of your little thoughts and feelings. If you were real emergency show back up. It amazes me that people have the audacity to come here and complain about things that make zero sense. Learn before you speak please.. this office deserves a lot more compassion consideration and empathy considering they're one of the few around that accept adult Mass health patients. So get off your high horse or go to a private office. 🤘

This place is amazing! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out with Dr Neil Hornung.. I was absolutely horrified to get them out.. This Dr. and his staff Rachel, Marie, Alexis & Courtney (aka the sisters Kendall & Kylie) treated me with nothing but patience, reassurance, and kindness. The procedure went so smoothly, and I left wondering why I had worked myself up so much lol! I felt supported and safe every step of the way. I Highly recommend this place, especially if you have dental anxiety!
